Depeche Mode Sacd Iso

Performance: Sonics: This is, just like Violator, a superb version of the original album. And it's also my opinion that the 5.1.

Apr 20, 2016 - Hi, I have recently joined the happy family of PS3 SACD iso. The outcomes below: 1/ Depeche Mode 101 2-disc SACD - ripper ran ok, showed. 1) The first step is backing up the SACD to an ISO on my hard drive. One of the exceptions to this was 'Violator' by 'Depeche Mode' which.

Mix on the second disc is even better than the sacd. Just listen to Walking In My Shoes. It's a really wonderful listening experience, being immersed in the rich sounds of this haunting track (note the snare hit between the first two verses). Miomap 3.3 pna rapidshare: software free download. There's a whole new clarity to all of the tracks and the multi-channel mix just works wonderful.

If I have to make just one negative comment then it's that I Feel You doesn't work as well in MC as the rest of the songs do. It's not bad, but the kick-in-the-face sonics of the original stereo version seem to get a bit lost in the MC-mix.

The sound does seem lose some of its density and cohesion. But overall, a really standout album that can be enjoyed by both DM fans and audiophiles. Was this review helpful to you? Performance: Sonics: I recently spent some time comparing the various audio tracks on this release, after I found the SACD sourround track to be somewhat lacking in the bass area. I compared the following tracks: CD stereo, SACD stereo, DTS 5.1 and SACD 5.1. As stated, I feel the SACD 5.1 track does not have enough punch in the bass.

It seems somehow to be lost or greatly diminished in the mixing. Otherwise the surround mix is excellent, immersive and at times appropriately inventive. The possible exception is track one, which, as mentioned by a previous reviewer, is rather messy.

The DTS 5.1 track has a bit more oomph in the bass area, but lacks the detail, clarity and openness of the SACD 5.1 track. The winner, therefore, is in my opinion the SACD stereo track. It offers a significant improvement over the CD track in resolution and clarity, and retains and improves upon the punchy bass I feel is an essential component of the music on this album. Performance: Sonics: Songs of Faith and Devotion and Black Celebration are my two favorite Depeche Mode disks.

The Rhino/Mute LPs sound great, but the sacds are other worldly. I don't know if there was a re-mix of the high-rez, but the scarlet book layers sound much smoother and less bright than the corresponding red book layers. As for SFD, any DM fan should own this already. If you get a chance to listen to the high-rez, you will pitch your cd into the trash. The sound quality is that obvious.

On the stereo layer, the bass so much tighter and cleaner. I can't vouch for the 5.1 though. The sound on the dvd pcm 2.0 layer is very good also.

The odds of finding BC on sacd at a two figure price is going to be difficult, but there are copies of SFD are waiting to be had. I have a ps3 *.iso of Black Celebration, but I would purchase the sacd if it were at a reasonable price.

I also listen to the PCM 2.0 24-bit/48 kHz layer on the dvd disk and that's sound so much better than the red book cd. Was this review helpful to you? .
