Pepsiman Ps1 Iso

So I am trying to convert Pepsiman to PSP. I know that there are other converted versions of this game to PSP, but I rather make my own converted version. So far I downloaded PSX2PSP and the interface looks very easy to use, it's all straight forward. The problem is that I downloaded the Pepsiman 'iso' online and I don't know which exact file to put in the converter. There is no 'iso', but I do see.bin and.cue files, but they are listed as 'tracks'. I was able to convert one of the.bin files to the EBOOT.PBP, and so far I was able to play through the game, but no soundtrack music is present, only sound effects. I am not sure on how the the PS1 images are ripped exactly from the disc to be used for emulators, or yet converting for PSP use.

But I do know that PS1 images have a section of soundtracks that goes with the main game. So as a result, the question is does someone know how to exactly use PSX2PSP step by step so I don't fudge up somehow? I really want to play Pepsiman on my PSP as if I played it on the PS1 or an emulator. Also, it would be great if someone knows how to work the.at3 and the.pmf sections b/c I am having trouble with those as well. Thank you very much.
